These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of ("we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at . By submitting our enquiry form or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What our service is — and what it is not

• We are an insurance affiliate partner. We are not an insurance company, an insurance broker, an insurance agent for the purpose of concluding your sale, or a licensed insurance advisor.
• We do not sell, solicit on behalf of a specific insurer of our choosing, advise on, underwrite, or issue insurance policies.
• We do not collect or handle your premium payment at any point. You pay the insurer directly on the insurer's official website or app.
• Our service is free of charge to you. We may receive referral compensation from insurers or their licensed intermediaries when you purchase through our link; this never changes the price you pay.

2. How the service works

• You submit your details through our enquiry form.
• Our advisor calls you, typically , with a comparison of quotes from multiple insurers.
• We send you a personalised comparison link on WhatsApp.
• You review the options and, if you choose to proceed, complete the purchase yourself on the insurer's official website.
• After your policy is issued through our link, we credit your referral reward as described in Section 4.

The stated response time is a service goal, not a guarantee. Response times may occasionally be longer due to holidays, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Purchases happen on the insurer's website

Any insurance policy you buy is a contract between you and the insurance company alone. The purchase is completed on the insurer's official website under the insurer's own terms, conditions, and privacy policy. The insurer — not us — is responsible for:

• the premium quoted and charged, and any change to it during checkout (for example after vehicle inspection or detail verification);
• issuing the policy and its terms, coverage, exclusions, and Insured Declared Value (IDV);
• processing, approving, or rejecting claims;
• customer service, endorsements, cancellations, and refunds relating to the policy.

You must read the policy wording, terms, and exclusions on the insurer's website before purchasing. While we offer free claim assistance (help with documents and follow-ups) as a goodwill service, the decision on any claim rests entirely with the insurer, and we make no representation about claim outcomes.

4. Referral rewards

• Rewards are a referral benefit offered at our sole discretion. They are not a discount on your premium, not a rebate, and not linked to your insurance premium in any way.
• A reward becomes eligible only after a policy purchased through our personalised link is successfully issued by the insurer. Purchases made outside our link are not eligible.
• Eligible rewards are credited within working days of policy issuance, to the mobile number or account details you confirm with our advisor.
• If a policy is cancelled, refunded, or found to have been purchased using false information, the reward may be withheld or reclaimed.
• We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the reward programme at any time. Changes will not affect rewards already credited.
• Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for anything other than what we offer at the time of crediting.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in the enquiry form and to the insurer. Incorrect vehicle or policy details can lead to wrong quotes or claim rejection by the insurer.
• Submit only your own details (or details you are authorised to submit), using a mobile number you control.
• Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose or submit false or automated enquiries.

6. Communications

By ticking the consent box on our form, you authorise us to contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, and you acknowledge that this consent overrides your DNC/NDNC registration for such communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing , after which we will stop contacting you.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and logos — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any act or omission of any insurance company or licensed intermediary, including pricing, policy issuance, claim decisions, delays, or service quality.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website or our service.
• Since our service is free to you, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Rupees one thousand).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your submission of false or unauthorised information.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
