Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains how ("we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at , collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our website. It is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian law.

Who we are, in one line: we are an insurance affiliate partner. We help you compare insurance options and refer you to insurers. We do not sell, advise on, or issue policies, and we never handle your payment. All purchases are completed by you on the insurer's official website.

1. What data we collect, and why

When you submit our enquiry form, you provide the following personal data with your consent:

DataWhy we collect it
Full nameTo address you correctly when we call and to prepare your enquiry.
Mobile numberTo call you back about your enquiry and to send your personalised comparison link on WhatsApp/SMS.
Pin codeInsurance pricing varies by location; insurers need this to generate accurate quotes.
Vehicle registration numberTo identify your vehicle's make, model, and registration details so quotes match your actual vehicle.
Policy expiry dateTo know whether your policy is active or expired, which affects the renewal process and pricing.

We also automatically collect certain technical data when you visit or submit the form: the page URL, the referring website, your device and browser information (user agent), and advertising campaign parameters (UTM tags and Meta click identifiers such as fbclid). We use this to measure which of our advertisements work and to keep our service running properly.

2. How we use your data

  • To contact you by phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp about your insurance enquiry, typically of your submission.
  • To prepare a comparison of insurance quotes relevant to your vehicle and location.
  • To send you a personalised link through which you can complete your purchase on the insurer's official website.
  • To credit your referral reward after a policy purchased through our link is issued.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and website performance.
  • To comply with applicable law and to keep records of your consent.

We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Who we share your data with

  • Insurance partners: we share your enquiry details (name, mobile, pin code, vehicle number, policy expiry) with insurance companies and licensed insurance intermediaries so that quotes can be generated for you. Once you purchase on an insurer's website, that insurer processes your data under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: we use trusted third-party tools to run our website and store enquiries (for example, website hosting and Google Workspace / Google Sheets). These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Meta Platforms: as described in Section 6, limited technical event data is shared with Meta for advertising measurement.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a government authority.

4. Consent, and your DNC/NDNC registration

We contact you only after you tick the consent box on our form. That consent authorises us to contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, even if your number is registered on the Do Not Call (DNC) / National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry. Under TRAI regulations, this explicit consent permits us to contact you about the service you requested. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in Section 8, after which we will stop contacting you.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry data for up to 36 months from your last interaction with us, so that we can service your enquiry, credit rewards, provide claim assistance, and meet record-keeping obligations. After this period — or earlier, if you ask us to delete your data and no legal obligation requires us to keep it — your data is deleted from our active records.

6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and collects technical information (such as your browser details and the actions you take on our page, like submitting the form) so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram and show more relevant ads. This data is processed by Meta under its own Privacy Policy.

You can control this in several ways:

  • Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings ("Ad preferences").
  • Block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
  • Use your device's advertising controls (e.g. "Delete advertising ID" on Android).

We do not use the Pixel to collect your name, mobile number, or other form contents beyond what is needed to record that a form submission event occurred.

7. Data security

Your form data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Access is limited to team members who need it to service your enquiry. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable security safeguards as required by the DPDP Act, and we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of any personal data breach as required by law.

8. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used and shared.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so unless retention is required by law.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future. Withdrawing consent will stop us from contacting you further.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at with the subject line "Data Request", from any address, mentioning the mobile number you submitted. We respond to all requests within the timelines required by law.

9. Children

Our service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
